• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients’ specific needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring every client receives tailored care.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methodologies based on client feedback and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic care, addressing all aspects of their mental and emotional health.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training that enhance your clinical skills and keep you informed of the latest research in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our client population often presents with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their unique challenges while fostering positive, lasting changes in their lives.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and to engage collaboratively with other healthcare providers.

• Specializations in trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling will be highly regarded.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
