• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients presenting with a variety of mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based strategies.
• Provide psychotherapy services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients build resilience and achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to foster integrative and holistic care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions and effective treatment options, empowering them to navigate the mental health landscape confidently.

The role offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
