Job Description We are seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience at the intersection of security policy, compliance, exception management, and IT operations, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end compliance evaluations, mitigate risk, and ensure internal applications align with company policy.

Responsibilities: Support evidence-based, business user-driven compliance evaluations from intake to closure, including periodic sample reviews. Maintain and enhance the cybersecurity issue and exception management process, ensuring consistent identification, tracking, and remediation. Coordinate with control owners and technical teams to ensure timely remediation and accurate documentation of risk mitigation activities.

Collaborate with GRC, cybersecurity SMEs, IT, and application owners to scope, document, and assess compliance requests within agreed timelines. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for assessment inventory, aging, and closure rates for leadership and audit stakeholders. Support internal and external audits with clear documentation of processes and control evidence.

Contribute to security policy updates that reflect emerging risks and operational insights. Promote the global security program and cooperation across business units. Identify opportunities to develop solutions that improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years in IT security, GRC, compliance, or IT operations. Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, and CIS Controls. Experience assessing internal applications against internal cybersecurity policy.

Experience with ITSM or GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Archer, or OneTrust. Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong organization and prioritization. Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to engage and influence across levels.

Ability to manage a high volume of requests while maintaining quality. Preferred Skills: Experience building compliance dashboards and metrics for leadership and audit audiences. Familiarity with exception and issue management processes in enterprise environments.
