You will utilize telehealth platforms to engage with clients in real-time, providing therapeutic support and crisis intervention from the comfort of your own space. • Conduct thorough crisis assessments for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing empathy and clinical insight to guide your interventions.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders, ensuring client safety during emergency situations.

Our caseload primarily consists of individuals grappling with addiction, trauma, and emotional crises. We serve a diverse client base, including those who may have histories of traumatic experiences, veterans, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Your role as a counselor will directly influence their journeys toward healing and recovery, focusing on building therapeutic alliances that foster trust and safety.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling, with particular emphasis on addiction services.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based crisis intervention approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients in distress.
• Cultural sensitivity and an empathetic approach to diverse client needs.

• Additional training or certifications in trauma-informed care, advanced crisis intervention, or related fields.
• A history of delivering effective mental health services to clients experiencing addiction crises.
• Experience in using telehealth platforms effectively for counseling and therapy interventions.
