Flexible Remote Schedule | On-Call Coverage | $300+ Per NightPosition: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Remote On-Call / Telehealth Support

Join Anpex Health and play a critical role in delivering responsive, high-quality care during after-hours coverage. This fully remote position allows you to support patients, facilities, and care teams through a collaborative, telehealth-driven model.

Essential Functions
  • Provide timely response to patient calls, telehealth consults, and facility requests during assigned on-call hours

  • Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations

  • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a remote setting

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

  • Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nursing and ancillary staff

  • Support urgent and emergent situations, including facilitating transfers, hospitalizations, or higher levels of care when indicated

  • Document all patient encounters, communications, and clinical decisions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain clinical excellence

Education & Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program (MSN or DNP)

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

  • Experience in primary care, geriatrics, urgent care, or post-acute settings is a plus
