Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant Remote (U.S.-based) | U.S. Citizenship Required We are looking for a strong SAP Incentive Management Consultant with hands‐on experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud Commissions). Key Skills: SAP Incentive Management SAP Commissions CallidusCloud Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Compensation Plan Design Commission Calculations SAP CX / SAP Integration Candidate MUST have: End-to-end implementation experience Strong functional and configuration knowledge Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans Hands‐on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercaresupport Preferred Experience: Multiple full lifecycle implementations Experience working directly with business stakeholders Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems SQL and data migration experience preferred Why Work With Us?
