Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • 6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

  • Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws is critical to properly configure country-specific rules, ensure statutory compliance and mitigate risk during design, build and deployment of Oracle Cloud Payroll

  • Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership

  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

  • Flexible living locations in the U.S. or Canada

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $189,750 - $231,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
