Job description

About the Role

Hassle Free Home is hiring an accomplished Inbound Sales Trainer & Coach to build, train, and drive our lead-conversion team to world-class results. This is not an entry-level management job we're looking for a true veteran of the home services industry with 5+ years of hands-on experience who has personally sold, managed, and coached others to consistently convert inbound leads into booked, paying jobs.

You will own the performance of the inbound sales department: setting the standard, writing and refining the playbook, coaching representatives call by call, and holding the team accountable to conversion, speed-to-lead, and booking-rate targets. If you've spent your career in home services and you know exactly what separates a good closer from a great one, this is the seat where your experience compounds.

What You'll Own

Lead the inbound sales and lead-conversion department its people, its numbers, and its culture of excellence.

Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Customer Sales & Service Representatives through call reviews, live coaching, role-play, and one-on-ones.

Build and refine the conversion playbook: scripts, objection handling, follow-up cadences, and best practices grounded in real home services experience.

Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable to conversion rate, speed-to-lead, booking rate, and revenue targets.

Analyze performance data and call recordings to diagnose what's working, coach the gaps, and continuously raise the team's close rate.

Step in on the highest-value or most difficult leads personally when needed, modeling elite selling for the team.

Partner closely with ownership, marketing, and field operations to align lead flow, quality, and the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, restoration, pest control, or similar) the real deal, not a resume.

A documented track record of personally converting inbound leads and driving revenue at a high level.

Proven experience coaching, training, and leading sales representatives or CSR teams to measurable improvement.

Deep command of home services sales: pricing, objection handling, financing conversations, and closing over the phone.

The ability to build a repeatable playbook and instill discipline, urgency, and follow-up rigor across a team.

Strong leadership presence respected by reps, credible with ownership, and calm under pressure.

Fluency with CRM and field service software, and comfort using performance data to coach.

A genuine passion for developing people and making every homeowner's experience truly hassle-free

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience
  • Health/vision/dental insurance
  • PTO
