• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, revisit treatment plans, and assess discharge readiness when appropriate.
• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain thorough and current documentation and progress notes for every client session to ensure compliance and quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information about new clients.
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Engage actively in supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to facilitate a holistic approach to client care.

Your focus will primarily be on outpatient services for a wide-ranging patient population, including adults, children, and families who might be facing various mental health issues. By building therapeutic alliances, you will empower clients through understanding and skills development, aiming to enhance their overall mental health and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for clinical documentation, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and electronic health record software.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families across various issues.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment strategies based on thorough evaluations.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with collaborative care models and experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Previous roles focused on psychotherapeutic interventions for specific populations (e.g., children, trauma survivors) will enhance your fit for this position.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, ensuring you are compensated promptly with no delays for reimbursement. Additionally, we provide opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
