Balance & Harmony Recovery Clinic is seeking an empathetic and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy plans that align with each client's unique goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster healing and recovery.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure integrated and well-coordinated care.
• Educate families and caregivers on mental health issues, recovery processes, and therapeutic strategies to improve client support systems.
• Identify and analyze behavioral patterns that may impede recovery, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to meet changing needs.

Our client population includes adults and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Thorough understanding of the impact of various medications on mental health, enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Experience with applying therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based methods.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy engagement.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or substance use disorders are highly regarded.

Balance & Harmony Recovery Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
