Role Title: General Counsel

Scope of Work:

  • Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.
  • Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
  • Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project's documentation objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with micro1's team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.
  • Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
