Position Type: Temporary (Canada Summer Jobs internship) Duration: 8 weeks (Full-time, 32 hours/week); mainly Mon-Thurs Location: Central Coast or Interior Region of British Columbia (in-community or remote) Start Date: Summer 2025 (start and end dates flexible between June 15 โ€“ August 31) Hourly Wage: $23.50/hour Apply By: May 30, 2026 About The Role Ecotrust Canada is looking for an eager and community-minded intern to join our Indigenous Homelands Team. You'll help us learn what communities in the Central Coast or Interior of British Columbia need when it comes to housing and local decision-making. You'll be part of two key projects: our new Routes to Roots initiative and our Indigenous Housing and Homelands Toolkit.

You'll work closely with our Program Manager, local advisors, and community partners throughout the summer. Ecotrust Canada strongly encourages Indigenous youth from the region to apply.
