• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients to accurately evaluate their mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique challenges and personal goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging meaningful participation and engagement among clients.
• Work in collaboration with the treatment team, coordinating efforts to offer integrated and holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.
• Educate and support clients’ families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and encouraging their involvement in the recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards within the field of mental health.
• Regularly assess the progress of clients, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

The role primarily focuses on clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral education in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive hands-on experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and inspire clients throughout their recovery processes.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting, providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Background in delivering both individual and group therapy for various mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for client communication and therapy delivery.

• The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
