• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that enhance client well-being and empower them to reach their goals.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques across modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to address client concerns.
• Maintain meticulous records of clinical interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Provide education and support for clients and their families, equipping them with resources to navigate their mental health challenges.
• Stay current on the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of mental health to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing solution-based psychotherapy interventions to address client issues effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable operating within a collaborative team-oriented framework.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices is highly desirable.
• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with diverse populations.
