• Oversee clinical care for a diverse range of patients, using advanced clinical skills to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various psychological needs.
• Manage a caseload that varies in complexity, ensuring each patient receives tailored support for their unique challenges.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and integrate findings into holistic treatment strategies.
• Engage in crisis intervention and effectively respond to urgent patient needs while employing therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and maintain detailed treatment documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address and enhance overall patient care.
• Provide educational resources and support programs to patients and their families as necessary.

Your work as a counselor will be focused on assisting individuals of varied ages and backgrounds, each facing distinct challenges related to mental health. You will provide therapy to those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, requiring you to adapt your approach based on their specific needs. By implementing personalized treatment plans, you will help clients work toward meaningful recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Preference may be given to candidates with advanced degrees.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate (Psy.D.) is essential.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling and specialized training in therapy modalities will be viewed favorably. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry best practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, we provide up to $1,500 as a sign-on bonus, alongside extra bonuses based on state licensure. Our benefits package includes:
