• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for a diverse clientele, developing individualized treatment plans that follow best practices and solution-focused interventions through virtual interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to fit the virtual format and the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records with our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all patient interactions are recorded in compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, using virtual meetings to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development through video conferencing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
• Provide education and resources to clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, using digital tools and communication channels effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in mental health care by participating in online courses, webinars, and professional seminars.

In this role, you will engage with a varied client population, addressing complex mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Your work will have a direct impact on client outcomes, as you utilize personalized approaches to ensure that each individual receives the tailored support they need to overcome their challenges and improve their mental health.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
• At least two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services is essential.
• Proven expertise in implementing solution-focused interventions that can be adapted for remote delivery.
