We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and team cohesion.

Work Environment

This role will be entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while contributing to our mission of enhancing mental health outcomes. Our telehealth platform is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate secure and effective virtual sessions, allowing therapists to connect with clients in a comfortable and accessible manner. While you will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening hours may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being, identifying their strengths and challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect a deep understanding of each clientโ€™s unique needs and diagnoses.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to the clientโ€™s preferences and responses.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing emotional concerns, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting personal growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies openly.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in the therapeutic process.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to share knowledge and strategies while fostering an ongoing culture of learning and support among colleagues.
  • Stay informed about current research, best practices, and relevant regulations in the field of mental health therapy to continually enhance your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a wide-ranging patient demographic, addressing the complexities of mental health, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, and the efficacy of therapy relies heavily on the therapist's ability to build rapport and tailor interventions suited to each individualโ€™s needs.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
  • A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and trauma-informed care approaches, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth mental health assessments, making accurate diagnoses and developing effective treatment strategies.
  • Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, employing diverse therapeutic methods to meet varying client needs.
  • Strong skills in crisis intervention, remaining calm and effective in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing therapeutic relationships and fostering client engagement.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications to facilitate efficient documentation and scheduling.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is a relevant master's or doctoral degree, candidates with two or more years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting are preferred. This experience will further enhance your ability to provide quality mental health care, guiding clients through their journeys effectively.
