This role operates in a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with the option to engage in face-to-face sessions at our outpatient office located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The flexibility in scheduling permits counselors to accommodate their clients’ needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our outpatient center focuses on individualized care, ensuring that every client receives dedicated attention tailored to their situation.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' specific mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. These approaches are tailored to match each client's individual circumstances and therapeutic objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated care and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Maintain precise and thorough clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the current status of client progress.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health, attending workshops, and seeking additional training opportunities.

You will work with a diverse array of individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various psychological challenges. Our clients include those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The counselor’s role will be to support these clients in navigating their mental health journeys and achieving sustainable change.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing individual and group counseling services.

Experience in an outpatient setting is highly preferred, particularly in delivering diverse therapeutic interventions and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Familiarity with the specific challenges faced by clients in suburban environments will also be advantageous.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
