About the Job:ย ย
Arcoroย is looking to add anย Integrations Implementation Consultantย who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys bringing systems together to solveย real businessย challenges.ย
In this role, you will lead the implementation ofย Arcoroย integrations, ensuring customers can successfully connect our platform with their existing ERP, payroll, and third-party systems.ย You'llย partner closely with customers to guide them through the integration process-from setup and testing through validation and go-live-ensuringย a smooth and successful experience.ย
Common integrations include ERP and payroll systems such as Sage, Vista, Spectrum,ย CMiC, and other third-party platforms.ย
Key Responsibilitiesย
- Partner with customers to design, configure, and implementย Arcoroย integrationsย ย
- Prepareย Arcoroย systems for integration with external platforms (ERP, payroll, third-party tools)ย ย
- Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performanceย ย
- Guide customers through data validation and ensure data integrity throughout the processย ย
- Document integration processes, testing steps, and troubleshooting proceduresย ย
- Provide training and ongoing support to customers on integration functionalityย ย
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Implementation, Product, Engineering) to deliver successful outcomesย ย
- Own integration delivery from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time with strong customer outcomesย

- Technical Expertise:ย Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, databases, and data structures, with the ability to apply them in real-world integration scenariosย ย
- Implementation & Project Ownership:ย Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects, balancing timelines, risks, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentย ย
- Communication:ย Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersย ย
- Problem Solving:ย Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, whileย identifyingย opportunities to improve processes and partner with Product on enhancementsย ย
- Attention to Detail:ย Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and ensure accuracy throughout the integration lifecycleย ย
- Collaboration:ย Experience working cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to drive successful outcomesย ย
- Customer Focus:ย Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience, with a focus on long-term success and satisfactionย
Preferred Qualificationsย
- Experience with APIs, JSON, databases, and integration toolsย ย
- Familiarity with web services and integration frameworksย ย
- Experience with Pythonย ย
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Visual Studio Codeย ย
- Proficiencyย in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)ย ย
- Experience working in SaaS or web-based applicationsย ย
- 2+ years of Technical Support experienceย
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)ย
Salary Range:
$80,000-$100,000 DOEย
