• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to support effective therapeutic interventions.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that reflect best practices in mental health.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the ongoing quality assurance of our services.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance the breadth of care we provide.
• Foster open lines of communication with staff and stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and promote the organization’s mission within the community.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to identify new opportunities for collaboration and funding.
• Invest in your professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and meetings that relate to your area of expertise.
• Embark on other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, which could include mentoring junior staff or collaborating on special projects.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance use issues, and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support, guiding them toward improved emotional well-being and enhanced quality of life.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.
• An independent LMHC license from the state board is mandatory to practice.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare detailed reports on patient progress.
• A collaborative spirit and the capacity to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and treatment strategies clearly.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions driven by professional knowledge.

• Prior experience in telehealth services is beneficial, showcasing adaptability to remote consultations and care delivery.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to establish useful connections for clients.
