This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while catering to clients' mental health needs. Although work is performed from home, our outpatient office model emphasizes collaboration with a community of like-minded mental health professionals. Regular virtual team meetings, case discussions, and supervision sessions are conducted to maintain a strong support network while ensuring high standards of care.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, considering their personal histories and circumstances.
• Design and implement tailored evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, actively employing appropriate therapeutic interventions to inspire positive change.
• Work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, including engaging with medical professionals as necessary for coordinated treatment.
• Ensure the confidentiality of client records and abide by all legal and ethical guidelines surrounding clinical documentation.
