• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and coping resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care and holistic treatment.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, assessing risk and establishing immediate support for clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, educational classes, and support groups to promote community among clients.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering a space of understanding and acceptance while delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that enhance resilience and promote well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for effective and empathetic client interactions.

• A minimum of two years working in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing therapeutic services to clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
