Weโ€™re looking for a Professional Services Consultant โ€“ Fashion & Apparel Solution for our remote US team. This is a full-time position. Youโ€™ll join an experienced Professional Services team supporting our growing base of apparel, fashion, and textile customers leveraging Apteanโ€™s Fashion & Apparel Solution.

About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant focused on our Fashion & Apparel Solution, you will support the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions for customers in the apparel, fashion, and textile industries. Working closely with customers and internal project teams, you will help guide clients through key phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

In this role, youโ€™ll collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and help align solution functionality to meet operational needs across areas such as production, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, and order management. Youโ€™ll participate in customer-facing engagements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to successful project delivery while building expertise in fashion and apparel industry workflows.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer-focused approach. Youโ€™ll work alongside experienced consultants and project teams to help customers maximize the value of their Fashion & Apparel Solution investment while delivering high-quality implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation Support โ€“ Participate in Fashion & Apparel Solution implementations, assisting with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, end-user training, and go-live support.
  • Customer Engagement โ€“ Work directly with customers to understand business needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on system functionality and best practices.
  • Project Delivery โ€“ Support multiple implementation projects and customer engagements while meeting project timelines and deliverables.
  • Business Process Analysis โ€“ Assist customers in aligning business processes with solution capabilities across production, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, planning, and related operational areas.
  • Issue Resolution โ€“ Troubleshoot application and process-related issues, working with internal teams to identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration โ€“ Partner with Product Management, Support, and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing โ€“ Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and implementation artifacts to support customers and internal teams.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting ERP implementations, software consulting, or related business applications.
  • Experience working with ERP solutions in the apparel, fashion, textile, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
