  • Build a sustainable, profitable practice without relying on assigned work

Collaboration Across Markets

  • Partner with attorneys across 15 markets to cross-refer work and serve clients more fully
  • Participate in monthly firm-wide and local market calls
  • Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial partner culture
  • Support firm growth through shared relationships, insights, and referrals

Business Law Practice Areas

Relevant practices may include:

  • A portable book of business of $300K+
  • An active bar license in the state or states where you provide legal services
  • A self-sufficient practice and the ability to operate without assigned work
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to own your platform
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience in corporate, M&A, finance, real estate, litigation, tax, employment, IP, or a related business law practice
  • The financial runway and business plan to grow independently
  • A desire for more autonomy, flexibility, and direct upside

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience as a current or former partner, counsel, or senior attorney with client origination responsibility
  • A multi-state or nationally portable client base
  • Cross-referral potential across multiple practice areas
  • Prior experience building or scaling an independent practice
  • Military or veteran background with proven private-sector legal success

Why Join Us

  • Keep up to 80% of your billings
  • Set your own rates and build your practice your way
  • Eliminate traditional firm politics, overhead, and billable hour mandates
