Summary

The Account Service Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for providing high-quality support to dealers and internal partners. This position focuses on data entry, account maintenance, dealer assistance, and timely resolution of inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. The role may support a shared pool of accounts or an assigned portfolio, depending on business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealer Support
    • Serve as a primary contact for dealer questions related to account activity, system navigation, documentation, payments, and general inquiries.
    • Provide timely, accurate responses to dealer requests and escalate issues as needed.
    • Support onboarding activities by collecting required documentation and assisting with the application process.
  • Account & Data Entry Support
    • Accurately enter, update, and maintain dealer and account information in internal systems.
    • Process routine account updates, corrections, and maintenance requests.
    • Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Operational Processing
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payments, adjustments, and account transactions are completed accurately and on time.
    • Assist with clearing exceptions, correcting discrepancies, and resolving suspended or incomplete items.
    • Support preparation of standard dealer communications, including reminders and account updates.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Run reports and review account information to identify missing documents, incomplete data, or followup needs.
    • Flag potential issues to senior team members or management when appropriate.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    • Communicate dealer needs, concerns, or trends to internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and Operations.
    • Partner closely with teammates to ensure consistent service delivery and a positive dealer experience.
  • Other Duties
    • Participate in projects aimed at process improvement or workflow efficiency, as assigned.
    • Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues during peak periods or absences.
    • Perform other duties assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, or a related role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and able to work within multiple software platforms.
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with a customerfocused mindset.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation Range:

25.00 - 48.56 USD Hourly

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
