We're growing-and we're looking for a bilingual, solutions-oriented Customer Experience Representativewho thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.


As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the critical link between our clients, vendors, and internal teams. You'll own customer interactions from start to finish-ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and clients feel supported every step of the way.


This is an ideal role for someone who is resourceful, organized, and customer-obsessed, and who enjoys solving problems in a dynamic, service-driven environment.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contactfor client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve service issues, coordinating with vendors when required
  • Manage and prioritize multiple service requests in a high-volume environment
  • Investigate and resolve service complaintswith urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service schedules, and equipment details
