A Day in the Life:
  • Conduct competitive research across Sparq's market landscape to identify trends, positioning strategies, and opportunities to strengthen messaging
  • Support the development of a LinkedIn content strategy, including benchmarking peer companies and identifying best practices for engagement and content cadence
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling LinkedIn posts for Sparq's corporate presence
  • Contribute to blog content development, including writing and editing 1-2 blog posts for publication
  • Partner on initiatives to enhance employee and leadership presence on LinkedIn to support brand visibility
  • Experiment with AI image generation tools to support marketing content and campaigns
  • Document findings, best practices, and recommendations from research and experimentation efforts
  • Manage multiple workstreams and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality

What it takes:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Curiosity and willingness to conduct in-depth research and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized way
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in B2B content strategy
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and direction
  • Comfortable working within Mountain Time (MT) business hours

Nice to have:
  • Exposure to content marketing, social media strategy, or competitive analysis
  • Experience creating written or digital content (academic, personal, or professional)
  • Interest in building a portfolio of marketing or content strategy work
