Job Title: Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration) Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire.
Visa: USC or GC
Max Rate: $45 on C2C
Preferred Technical Expertise/Tools: Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration)

Expected Start Date: 2025-11-10
The Data Integration Engineer III will lead the design, development and implementation of scalable ETL/ELT integrations, including complex Application to Application integrations enterprise-wide. With near full autonomy, they will design robust, future-proof frameworks, drive innovation in data automation, and align technical solutions with business goals. This role requires deep expertise and strategic thinking, often involving stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills Required:
  • Advanced skills in Informatica IICS (Specifically 'Cloud Data Integration' and 'Cloud Application Integration')
  • Advanced SQL Scripting (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • Any skills in the Microsoft Fabric landscape are advantageous (Pyspark, Notebooks, Data Factory)
Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration)
Role's Primary Objective/Challenges:
  • Lead the design, development, implementation and architecture of all aspects of data integration solutions and influence enterprise-wide strategy. Operating with full autonomy in technical and strategic decisions. Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes using standard tools (Informatica IICS, ADF...)
  • Ensure data is extracted and delivered with a high level of validity, completeness, security and governance and made highly available for downstream reporting.
  • Design scalable, secure, and future-proof integration frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple source systems and targets.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and end-users to gather data requirements and translate/communicate them into automated solutions. Specific focus on leading cross-functional initiatives, driving automation and innovation.
  • Ensure data integrity/quality, governance, privacy and compliance standards are maintained and adhered to. Keeping ahead of the legislative/compliance curve.
  • Ensure the efficient monitoring and maintenance of existing systems and processes. Including designing and developing custom alerts/monitoring solutions. Ensuring the timely, efficient and automated delivery of data to various targets: Fabric, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, etc.
  • Develop and set middleware standards and frameworks for 'Application to Application' integrations and data automation using REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, etc.
  • Drive automation and innovation in data pipelines.
  • Ensure the skill development and knowledge transfer/training of junior team members.
