About the Role

You will architect, engineer, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure and applications, supporting mission-critical AI and data platforms. Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-cloud solutions spanning Azure and GCP for enterprise-scale applications and data/AI workloads
- Direct and support a cloud brokering team, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations across 24×7 environments
- Design and manage monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and logging frameworks
- Integrate and optimize log ingestion and alerting workflows with Logstash, Twilio, and advanced notification systems for ETL and operational events
- Engineer and maintain scalable storage systems (Blob Storage, Data Lakes, structured storage) to enable advanced analytics and AI
- Lead the support and resolution of Tier 2/3 platform issues, performing deep log debugging and ensuring production stability
- Oversee integration and monitoring of Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and complex data pipeline architectures
- Implement robust IAM, network security, audit logging, and compliance controls in accordance with FedRAMP and regulated environment standards
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years hands-on expertise in multi-cloud platforms, especially Azure and GCP
- Advanced experience with GenAI and enterprise AI platforms, including Gemini and Vertex AI
- Proficiency in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and logging frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Logstash for proactive monitoring and alerting
- Demonstrated ability to design alerting solutions using Twilio for ETL and operational notifications
- Deep experience with Blob Storage, Data Lakes, and structured storage for analytics/AI workloads
- Proven track record supporting data pipelines, data platforms, and analytics workloads in large enterprise settings
- Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and integration patterns
- Advanced implementation of IAM, network security, audit logging, and compliance in regulated environments
- Solid experience supporting Tier 2/3 issues, debugging logs, and maintaining platform stability
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Tableau Cloud environment management
- Experience integrating ArcGIS or geospatial data systems with cloud platforms
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash and automation using serverless technologies or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to GKE, AKS, Docker, and microservices architectures
- Understanding of data mesh, ETL/ELT architectures, API integrations, and enterprise data standards
- Analytical thinking for rapid issue resolution and architectural decision-making in high-pressure scenarios
- Ownership mindset for platform delivery, proactive risk identification, and driving outcomes
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and engage cross-functional teams
- Leadership in aligning engineering, data, infrastructure, and business initiatives
