This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while being integral to our Community Health Clinic in Commerce, Georgia. As an LCSW, you will deliver direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

About the Organization

Not Just Therapy, LLC is a community-focused behavioral health organization committed to improving the well-being of those we serve. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers our clients to overcome obstacles, achieve emotional resilience, and lead fulfilling lives. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for both our clients and our staff.

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling our LCSWs to conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes while still being part of a collaborative team. You will have access to ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced professionals, ensuring continuous professional development. Additionally, our organization fosters a culture of teamwork and open communication, allowing you to engage with colleagues as you provide quality care to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evidence-based therapeutic sessions, offering counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that they align with clients' specific needs and measurable objectives.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients, guiding them to essential resources including financial aid, housing support, and additional social services that can contribute to their overall stability.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients dealing with acute mental health issues, including suicidal ideation and severe trauma responses.
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and treatment documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant state/federal guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous learning through supervision sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance both your clinical skills and personal growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and a variety of life experiences. They may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Our commitment to cultural competence means that you will be equipped to provide therapies that respect and integrate clientsโ€™ cultural backgrounds and personal histories. This understanding is essential in fostering a trusting and therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Must possess a valid and appropriate state-issued license (LCSW) to practice independently.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care, with a commitment to understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, ideally in a clinical or community health setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience in clinical social work.
  • Proven ability to work with clients facing complex mental health challenges and navigating crises effectively.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with maintaining compliance in documentation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, continuing education stipends, and opportunities for professional development. Our organization values your health and well-being, offering a positive work-life balance to support your personal and professional life.

At Not Just Therapy, LLC, we believe in investing in our employeesโ€™ futures. As a member of our team, you will have access to mentorship programs and professional development opportunities, including workshops and advanced training in specialized therapies. We promote a culture of internal mobility and encourage our LCSWs to explore various pathways for leadership roles or specialization in clinical practice.
