Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based therapies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans in consultation with clients that include measurable goals and therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas of concern; leverage this information to inform treatment choices.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with vital resources such as financial assistance programs, housing support, and community services.
  • Respond to acute mental health crises by providing timely interventions for issues such as suicidal ideation, substance abuse, or trauma responses.
  • Participate in community education initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing mentorship and clinical supervision, which supports both professional and personal growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
