Provide production operations expertise covering z/OS consoles, CICS, HOD, PCOM and Zeke scheduling, with a focus on stable batch and online processing.

Key responsibilities

Support z/OS operational activities and troubleshoot production issues.

Monitor and administer Zeke scheduling, including jobs, calendars, dependencies and batch execution.

Analyze failed or delayed batch processes and coordinate recovery activities.

Support CICS regions, transactions, interfaces and operational troubleshooting.

Provide expertise with HOD and PCOM, including terminal connectivity and mainframe user access support.

Perform z/OS console monitoring and respond to system or application alerts.
