Job description

Mindful Measures is seeking a talented pool of School Psychologists / Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs) for the upcoming 26-27 school year. Mindful Measures matches school psychologists to campuses in need to provide evaluations and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs)
  • Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) as assigned
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings for students served
  • Collaborate with campus staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation


Work Environment:

  • Student-facing responsibilities such as direct testing and observation are conducted on campus
  • Scoring, report writing, documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks may be completed remotely
  • Testing materials and protocols are provided by Mindful Measures
  • Come and go from assigned campus(es) as needed! No set required hours or days as long as deadlines are met.


Qualifications:

  • Current Texas LSSP license in good standing
  • Experience conducting school-based evaluations and behavioral assessments
  • Strong report writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with school teams
