Job Description
You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture.
You will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers.
The selected candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will develop an in depth understanding of our residential and commercial product offering.
  • Supporting internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
  • Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
  • Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins.
  • Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.
  • Post-sale support as required.
  • Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
  • Other duties as directed
  • Job will be remote but inside of the Clarksville, TN territory

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience supporting the sales team

  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
