Job description

We are seeking a full stack senior software developer with 4+ year track record of success. This position is for one of our own portfolio companies based in the US. The company is a fast growing AI software business that's leveraging GPT-4 to assist US companies source and recruit talent abroad.

We are Remote Craft. A new, revolutionary, fast-moving Head Hunting agency sourcing the best Filipino talent for U.S. business leaders.
Our co-founders have 30+ years of leadership, business, and entrepreneurial success between them. We also have a direct connection to the Philippines and specifically the Central and Southern regions. Our strong preference is to find talent based in Cebu, but we are also open to candidates based elsewhere.
I (James) am one of our founders. I lived in the Central Visayas (Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental) for two years and speak Cebueno fluently. (Dili kaayo hawod, pero kabalo ko magbinisaya ug makasabut man ko. Mao ni ganahan unta mi Bisdak among impliyaron:).

Preferred Qualifications
Direct development experience with ChatGPT/GPT4
4+ years experience as full stack software engineer
Fluent English speaking ability and experience working with native English speaking clients or managers
Comfortable working under pressure with immediate deadlines
Experience in fast moving tech environment
