• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate detailed treatment plans based on individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Timely completion of all required documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure accurate assessments and interventions.
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute positive behavior support plans in line with best practices.
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards in service delivery.
• Serve as a key liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to necessary resources.
• Establish and nurture open lines of communication to meet contract standards and uphold the mission of Beverly Wellness Care in the community.
• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for client needs and identify potential partnerships and funding.
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending training sessions, conferences, and statewide meetings to enhance your expertise and represent our organization.
• Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all interactions.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to team goals and patient care excellence.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including emotional health issues, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. This diverse client population requires a clinician who is not only skilled in evidence-based practices but also empathetic and culturally competent, capable of addressing the unique needs of each individual.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Must possess an independent LMHC license and be eligible to practice in the state of Kansas.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is highly valued.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities appropriate for various mental health disorders.
• Experience in crisis intervention settings is preferred.
