Summary
You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.

Help
  • You will assist in overall configuration management/control to ensure the requirement logistics products are identified to maintain proper life cycle support.
  • You will be responsible to ensure configuration data loaded in the Navy's Configuration Manager (CM) database of record, CDMD-OA.
  • You will review and comment on certain logistics deliverables on a daily basis and coordinates with other logistics counterparts to ensure all concerns and proper Life Cycle Support are addressed.
  • You will assure that safety, standardization, human engineering, environmental (HAZMAT) impact and other programs related to the above mentioned logistics support elements are taken in consideration.
  • You will attend design reviews, Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings and Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) as necessary to assist projects managers in administering their Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Possess a working knowledge of maintenance planning in all aspects of logistics including Planned Maintenance System (PMS) development and the associated maintenance documentation; Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC),Technical Manuals and configuration management for components, systems or sub-systems; 2) Working knowledge of Navy Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) incremental products, Allowance Parts List (APL) and National Stock Numbers (NSN); 3) Working experience with requisitions and how to investigate problems such as stock number migration, source determination, statusing and sources of substitute material; 4) Experience generating requisitions and MILSTRIPS supporting a wide range of equipment, services and commodities using Navy ERP, eMALL, OneTouch and GPC to support procurement; 5) Working knowledge of configuration management and hierarchical structuring of components, systems and sub-systems; 6) Working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Teams, Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
