Customer Service Specialist (Remote) Pay: $15.40/hr + quarterly performance bonus Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00amโ€“5:00pm Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Full-time Contract (through early 2026) Start: Early May We are hiring Remote Customer Service Specialists to support a high-volume inbound call environment. This role involves handling customer calls, making occasional outbound calls, and updating information while navigating multiple systems. This is a fast-paced position well suited for candidates with call center experience who are comfortable typing while speaking and working a fixed weekday schedule.
