Job description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support a wide range of people operations and partner closely with leaders across the organization in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance HR administration, employee support, data accuracy, and program coordination in a fast-paced environment. The role will contribute to policy implementation, reporting, communication efforts, and cross-functional HR initiatives while helping maintain consistent and compliant HR practices.
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside HR Business Partners and organizational leaders to carry out people programs, policies, and workforce initiatives effectively.
• Review workforce data and key HR indicators to identify patterns and help shape practical, consistent solutions for teams and managers.
• Perform routine checks of employee records, HR data, and process documentation to maintain accuracy and support compliance standards.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for employee relations activities while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Partner with HR colleagues on project execution by tracking tasks, supporting timelines, and helping deliver key milestones.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and reporting materials for internal HR teams and business-facing audiences.
• Support and improve HR communication methods, including shared content platforms, recurring stakeholder updates, and other employee-facing communications.
• Assist with additional HR-related duties as business needs evolve.• Experience supporting employee relations activities with sound judgment and a high level of confidentiality.
• Background in HR administration, including record maintenance, process coordination, and policy support.
• Familiarity with onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration and related HR support activities.
• Experience using HRIS platforms to manage employee information and reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to review data and identify inconsistencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
