Job description

ProgramDevelopment and Delivery:

  • Undersupervision and in collaboration with Dr. Rea, coordinate and assist in thedelivery of virtual professional development programming (e.g., webinars).
  • Collaboratewith DoW subject matter experts to identify priority content areas.
  • Identify,recruit, and coordinate presenters and contributors.
  • Manage programlogistics, scheduling, and deliverables.
  • Track anddocument continuing education and program participation.

Outreach andCommunications:

  • Develop and disseminatecommunications and outreach materials.
  • Support digitalengagement strategies, including social media and online platforms.
  • Coordinate blogcontent and resource dissemination.
  • Partner withcommunications staff to expand program visibility and reach Program Evaluationand Data Management.
  • Supportdevelopment and implementation of program evaluation plans in collaborationwith Dr. Rea and OneOp project leadership.
  • Coordinate datacollection and survey administration (e.g., Qualtrics).
  • Maintain andmanage program data and reporting systems.
  • Ensurecompliance with research protocols and data management standards.

Collaborationand Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaboratewith Dr. Rea, internal and external partners, and DoW stakeholders tosupport project goals and deliverables.
  • Contribute toreports, presentations, and project updates.
  • Supportdissemination of research and program outcomes.
  • Participate inmeetings, conferences, and required travel (1-4 times annually).

Knowledge,Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge ofprinciples of adult learning, professional development, and virtual educationdelivery.
  • Knowledge ofresearch-informed and evidence-based practices in human services, behavioralhealth, or related fields.
  • Skill incoordinating and delivering virtual programming (e.g., webinars, onlinelearning platforms).
  • Skill invirtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom), Microsoft Office applications,and the ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment Skill in projectmanagement, including organizing multiple tasks, timelines, and multipledeliverables.
  • Skill inwritten and verbal communication, including developing professional materialsand communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability tocollaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, subject matter experts,and external partners.
  • Ability toanalyze information and support program evaluation, including data collectionand basic data management.
