TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for a contract role with a physical therapy practice/clinical management provider.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and tactical partner to business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness and business objectives through people-focused solutions. This role provides guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR policy interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Advise on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.

  • Provide coaching and consultation on employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design.

  • Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment practices consistently.

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns while ensuring compliance and equitable treatment.

  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and other HR functions.

  • Support employee engagement, retention, productivity, and workplace culture initiatives.

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR programs and policies.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain employee documentation.

  • Lead or support special projects and HR initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 35 years of Human Resources experience.

  • Experience supporting multiple business units, locations, or client groups preferred.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and workforce reporting/analytics preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
