If you are a client-focused professional passionate about shaping the future of work and employee experience, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a hands-on application expert in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Human Experience Management (HXM) domain.
  • Collaborate individually and as part of a team to deliver modern, compliant onboarding solutions and manage the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review project deliverables, ensuring accountability, quality, and alignment within the defined project scope.
  • Advise Project Leads and Managers on onboarding and HXM best-practice decisions tailored to unique client needs, organizational culture, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead design workshops with clients to define onboarding workflows and experience-driven solution designs that align with SAP best practices.
  • Support Project Leads in translating client talent acquisition and onboarding goals into feasible, optimized, and scalable HXM solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments on SAP SuccessFactors release updates to ensure existing onboarding configurations and integrations remain optimized.
  • Develop and enhance reusable content, tools, and intellectual property (such as best-practice onboarding templates, checklists, and process maps).
  • Identify and propose onboarding process improvements and HXM optimizations with clear, actionable solution definitions.
  • Gather and analyze clients’ business requirements, talent onboarding objectives, and employee experience goals.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives for HXM and Onboarding solutions by developing strategic roadmaps, resource/timeline estimates, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Set up and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations showcasing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and HXM capabilities.
  • Assist and support functional and technical leads during design, integration, and configuration workshops.
  • Design and support proof of concepts for proposed HXM and onboarding technical solutions (such as custom document generation, electronic signatures, and portal configurations).
  • Collaborate in the preparation of workshop, change management, and training materials to ensure smooth client adoption of the new onboarding solution.

  • HXM & Journey Mapping: Ability to map out and design end-to-end candidate-to-employee journeys, translating HR strategies into engaging digital experiences.
  • Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Skilled at conducting discovery sessions, translating vague business requests into structured, technical system requirements, and documenting them clearly.
  • Compliance & Document Flow Management: Strong understanding of onboarding compliance standards, including electronic signatures (e.g., DocuSign), regional legislative forms (e.g., I-9/E-Verify in the US, local tax forms), and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Workshop Facilitation & Presentation: Confident in leading design workshops, presenting system demonstrations, and speaking to both technical teams and executive HR stakeholders.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Proficient in designing test scenarios, defect tracking, and guiding clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
