The HR Assistant (Remote) will support a large HR team by managing key administrative functions across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. Utilizing tools like Workday, BambooHR, and SAP SuccessFactors, this role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Reporting to the HR Manager, the assistant plays a vital part in enabling effective HR processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Coordinate an efficient onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS databases
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Generate HR reports and manage documentation
  • Facilitate employee communication and support employee relations initiatives
  • Provide assistance with training coordination and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in human resources
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
