This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while promoting a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to improving client outcomes and enhancing mental health services across our community health clinic setting.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual needs and challenges, utilizing structured tools and methods.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in their journey toward wellness.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, creating a safe environment for dialogue.
• Work closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to evaluate treatment outcomes and develop integrated care plans.
• Facilitate access to additional resources and services for families, including educational workshops and community programs designed to foster supportive environments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with insurance regulation and professional standards, enhancing integrated care efforts.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele ranging from children to seniors, many of whom may be experiencing complex emotional issues, trauma, or mental health disorders. You will play a vital role in empowering these individuals through personalized care and community resources, promoting their overall mental and emotional health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active California LCSW license required for practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health services in a community health or clinical setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Three or more years of clinical experience with a focus on mental health care.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management, demonstrating your ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques, as part of our commitment to meet client needs in a virtual environment.
