Senior HR Generalist – ADP Workforce Now Specialist

Remote | Full-Time

Position Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now to support day-to-day HR operations while serving as the primary subject matter expert for the organization’s HRIS platform. This role will combine hands-on HR responsibilities with HR technology ownership, ensuring accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, and effective utilization of ADP Workforce Now.

The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional who understands both the people side of HR and the technical side of HR systems. This individual will partner with leadership, employees, payroll, and cross-functional teams to improve HR operations, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize ADP Workforce Now functionality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary ADP Workforce Now subject matter expert, overseeing system functionality, troubleshooting, reporting, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Manage HRIS data integrity through regular audits, reporting, system maintenance, and quality checks.
  • Configure and maintain ADP Workforce Now modules including employee records, benefits, payroll support, timekeeping, reporting, and HR workflows.
  • Partner with payroll, benefits, and leadership teams to ensure accurate employee data and seamless HR processes.
  • Create and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through ADP Workforce Now capabilities.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, compensation updates, and employee record management.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and system-related questions.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and HR documentation.
  • Support benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, and general HR operations as needed.
  • Document HR processes, system procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
  • Expert-level experience with ADP Workforce Now required.
  • Proven experience administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS data management, reporting, and system workflows.
  • Experience supporting payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze HR data and create reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with employees, managers, and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ADP Workforce Now certifications or advanced module experience.
  • Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
  • Experience supporting multi-state HR operations.
  • Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and process automation.
