This position operates within a remote setting while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation for each client, ensuring adherence to professional standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Actively participate in clinical team meetings, providing insights and updates on client progress and treatment strategies.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions for assigned clients, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Conduct group counseling sessions and educational workshops in alignment with program schedules to enhance clients' coping skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with Primary Therapists to create and update client treatment plans, integrating diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Support clients in managing day-to-day activities and overcoming barriers encountered in their treatment journey.
• Coordinate all necessary treatment services for your assigned caseload, ensuring a smooth and effective pathway to recovery.
• Maintain regular contact with family members and referral sources to ensure a supportive network is in place for clients.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall enhancement of clinical practices at our organization.
• Participate in staff training, supervision meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and benefit client care.

The clients you will serve at Renewal Path, LLC span a diverse population, including various age groups with a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in addressing individual needs through strength-based and client-centered approaches, with particular attention to culturally sensitive practices. Experience with geriatric clients is preferred but not required, as our focus is on enabling every individual to access quality mental health resources.

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field, such as MA in Counseling or MA in Clinical Social Work.
• Possession of a current California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or similar qualification. Note that associates licenses are not billable through Medicare, and we cannot accept applicants with such licenses.
• Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to maintain records and documentation efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-direction and independence.

• Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of managing complex cases with a collaborative and compassionate approach.
