Job Title: HR Program Analyst Location: Vienna, VA Work Model: hybrid, 3 days onsite Pay Rate: Open to Both W2 and established 1099 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of HR Program Analyst, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, or People Analytics experience. In addition, candidates must have experience supporting enterprise-wide performance management or talent review cycles; strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and HR reporting; and experience working with HR systems (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar). The HR Program Analyst is a mid-level HR operations and analytics role responsible for supporting the organization's annual performance management process, with a primary focus on the year-end (Q4) performance cycle. The analyst will coordinate enterprise-wide performance activities, analyze performance data and rating trends, build dashboards and reports, support HR technology and reporting tools, and partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide actionable insights for leadership. The role also focuses on improving performance management processes, documentation, reporting capabilities, and stakeholder communications while ensuring smooth execution of a high-visibility annual HR initiative. We are seeking a contractor to support Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, with a primary focus on execution of the year-end (Q4) performance cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.
  • Assist in analyzing program data and preparing reports for management.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide administrative support related to HR project activities and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR program analysis or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • No specific security clearance required.
