Job description

About the Company:
ArcSite is the leading mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating solution, trusted by designers, field sales teams, technicians, and inspectors. Our intuitive platform empowers users to create professional drawings on any device-without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD software-helping businesses save time, generate quotes faster, and close deals more efficiently.
We're a remote-first team with a strong sense of community, driven by growth, collaboration, and our core values: start with the customer, constantly improve, take risks, operate with transparency, and own it. At ArcSite, every team member has the opportunity to grow their career while making an impact, shaping the future of design, and living these values in everything we do.
About the Role:
ArcSite's product-led growth motion drives roughly half of company revenue and is our largest source of qualified leads. As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll build and manage the programs that turn new users and leads into engaged customers and, over time, help drive retention and expansion.
Your primary focus will be building scalable, evergreen lifecycle programs that generate new-logo revenue across ArcSite's self-serve (PLG) and sales-assisted (SLG) funnels. You'll own lifecycle campaigns and journeys that move users through key stages of the customer journey, while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support activation, retention, churn reduction, and expansion.
This is a great opportunity for a marketer who understands lifecycle and PLG fundamentals, is highly curious and data-driven, and wants to grow into broader ownership of revenue-generating lifecycle programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own lifecycle programs: Build and manage evergreen lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement, re-engagement, and conversion for both self-serve and sales-assisted audiences.
  • Drive new-logo revenue: Develop lifecycle campaigns that nurture users and leads toward paid conversion, with clear ownership of pipeline and revenue generated or influenced by lifecycle marketing.
  • Build scalable programs: Develop a prioritized roadmap of evergreen lifecycle programs rather than relying solely on one-off campaigns, continuously improving programs as you learn what works.
  • Manage lifecycle channels: Own email and other lifecycle messaging channels, including in-app messaging, push, or SMS where appropriate.
  • Build segmentation: Develop audience segments based on product usage, engagement, lifecycle stage, billing status, and other behavioral signals to deliver more relevant experiences.
  • Support activation: Partner with Product and Growth teams to develop onboarding and activation programs that help new users reach meaningful product value and increase the likelihood of conversion.
  • Support retention and expansion: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and other Marketing teams to develop programs that support engagement, retention, churn reduction, and expansion over time.
  • Test and optimize: Establish a structured testing approach across messaging, content, audiences, timing, and triggers, using results to continuously improve lifecycle performance.
  • Own lifecycle performance reporting: Track and report on key metrics including conversion, pipeline and revenue generated or influenced, engagement, activation, retention, and other lifecycle KPIs.
  • Develop lifecycle messaging: Write and manage compelling copy across lifecycle channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent and relevant throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain deliverability: Monitor email deliverability, list health, sender reputation, and authentication to ensure lifecycle communications reach the right audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify opportunities where lifecycle programs can improve the customer journey and contribute to company growth.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, retention, or marketing automation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a product-led/self-serve environment.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing and PLG principles, including how messaging and automation can influence acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing lifecycle campaigns or automated journeys using an ESP or marketing automation platform such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, or similar.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization using behavioral, product-usage, or customer data.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
  • Ambitious, curious, and coachable, with a desire to take on increasing ownership and grow into a broader revenue-generating lifecycle role.

Nice to Have
  • Direct, hands-on experience with Customer.io.
  • Experience building in-app onboarding, tutorials, or product walkthroughs using Pendo, Appcues, or a similar platform.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Familiarity with ArcSite's marketing and analytics stack, including HubSpot, GA4, ChartMogul, and Mixpanel.

Benefits
  • Fully remote
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K match
  • $75 monthly wellness stipend
