Work Environment

This position is 100% remote with a telehealth focus. You will conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring flexibility for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy while adapting techniques to fit individual clients.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring up-to-date client records.
• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your expertise will empower clients from different backgrounds, enabling them to navigate their unique emotional landscapes and work toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling services, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing counseling practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or additional certifications in fields such as trauma recovery, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to improve client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Blissful Balance Hub offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
