Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients exhibiting symptoms of mental illness and emotional disorders, both in a clinical and community setting.
• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring that their unique needs and preferences are respected.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, enhancing the overall support system for clients.
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments and screenings to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring connections to essential services and resources for clients.
• Provide brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual clients.
• Monitor and report any unsafe situations to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Enhance your professional skills through continuous learning and participation in organizational training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Phoenix Behavioral Hub, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Many of our clients face significant barriers to mental health services due to living in under-resourced areas. Your task will be to empower them through effective therapeutic practices while considering the broader context of community dynamics.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in working with varied populations.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with underserved populations in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that combine physical and mental health services.
• Ability to create actionable plans based on client assessments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
